What format are the illustrations in?
Illustrations come in two formats. 3D images are in .jpg format only. Vectors available in multiple .jpg size and also in a .zip containing an .eps8 and full sized .jpg file.

Do you offer vectors in .jpg format?
Yes. All images come in multiple .jpg sizes. To get the actual .eps8 vector file,  you need to buy the full size image. The full size download of an image marked as a vector contains a .zip file with both an .eps8 file and a full sized .jpg file.

Do you offer larger sizes of 3D images?
Larger sizes are available by request for an additional fee.

Can I get an image modified?
Image modifications are requestable for an additional fee.

Can I purchase 3d models of images on the site?
No, but custom cake models can be created and rendered specifically for your needs.

Do you add images on a regular basis?
Yes. New images are added as they are created. Click on "Newest images" to see the latest images that we have posted.

Can I submit images to sell?
Right now the only images that we sell are the ones created by SweetSham stock illustrations.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of images and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the SweetSham stock illustrations that I download?
Yes. While SweetSham stock illustrations offer great freedom and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of images, or allow the use of images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Also, our illustrations cannot be used for logos or company trademarks, due to the nature of stock images. Please refer to the licensing agreement for detailed restrictions.

Does the site offer subscriptions?
Not at this time. As the site develops this may become an option.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
